Dave’s core experience in this area was cultivated at Fortune 500 companies where he learned the key components of organization design and effectiveness and related change management practices. Utilizing a well-refined talent management tool kit, Dave brings a wealth of experience in helping
organizations perform at their best across a variety of functions including Sales, Operations, Technology and Human Resources.

Dave has the proven ability to quickly assimilate to new organization and roles and his collaborative approach coupled with a drive to get things done lends itself to effective leadership through any duration of transition period. His background spans a variety of different industries, and his range of HR
experience spans a range from driving incremental process improvement to leading transformative change.

                                         Culture Development
With a values-based approach to building organization culture, Dave can work with leadership to integrate the organization’s core values in all stages of the employee life cycle beginning with the recruiting and selection process. Within the establishment and refinement of a values-based culture, Dave can work with leadership and employees to ensure effective employee engagement practices are in place throughout the organization that align with the culture of the organization and position it for success.

Mergers, Acquisitions and Integrations

Dave has been integrally involved in numerous mergers, acquisitions including AOL/Time Warner, Honeywell/Allied Signal and 9 independent acquisitions and resulting integrations while at privately-held National Technical Systems. Key support and services can be provided in areas such as:


1) Pre-acquisition due diligence with a comprehensive review of the acquisition targets HR programs and systems
2) Leadership Assessment (either pre- or post-acquisition)
3) An assessment of the Culture Fit of an acquisition target and its alignment to Parent Company Strategy
4) Integration planning and implementation

                                Executive Coaching and Development
Through a collaborative approach that engenders trust and relationship-building, Dave has the proven experience to serve as an executive coach for leadership in a variety of different functions inclusive of HR. His knowledge of leadership development models and practices, relevant learning and development material and sound practical advice based on firsthand experience at all levels of the organization (including the Board Room) lend themselves to readily building the individual and collective capability of an organizations' leadership.
